Biodiversity Strategy 2024 - 2030 Public Consultation
The Biodiversity Strategy continues with the aims of our previous Local Diversity Action Plans, and includes three main aims.
Strategy Aims
To conserve and enhance the rich biodiversity of the district for both current and future generations.
To educate and raise awareness of the importance and variety of biodiversity found within the Newry, Mourne and Down district area.
To encourage local ownership of Newry, Mourne and Down district’s biodiversity.
